Art Berman, CEO Art Berman is a successful serial entrepreneur who has founded a number of companies in the technology industry. Mr. Berman brings more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience building and advising successful software companies. He created the business strategy for the StarWind iSCSI SAN solution and has managed worldwide online sales and operations since 2003. Mr. Berman earned his Masters degree in Economics from Moscow International Business Institute in 1997. |

Anton Kolomyeytsev, CTO and Chief Architect Anton Kolomyeytsev is a successful entrepreneur and the chief architect at StarWind. Anton originally was a Windows Kernel Engineer and a Chief Kernel Architect who created the iSCSI storage and SAN software products starting in 2003 and is responsible for driving the technical vision of StarWind Software. Previously, he held software development and engineering positions at Paragon Software, a storage software company and various other software outsourcing companies in Europe and in the U.S. Anton has a degree in Engineering and Computer Science. |

Roman Shovkun - Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Roman Shovkun is responsible for building sales and channels in the USA, EMEA, and APAC regions as well as driving revenue growth and continuously increasing customer satisfaction with StarWind. Prior to joining StarWind Software, Inc., he was a sales executive at several high growth European companies in the software outsourcing and high-tech markets. He was engaged in growing sales and market share and now brings his experience to StarWind building high-performance sales team. Roman earned a Master’s degree of Management and Administration in the field of International Management from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. |

Irina Makarova - Head of Marketing and Web Department Irina leads company's integrated marketing organization, where she is responsible for global go-to-market initiatives, campaign execution, events, online marketing and installed base marketing. Prior to joining StarWind, Irina held a position of channel marketing specialist for the UK & Northern EMEA region at Veeam Software. Ms Makarova earned her Master degree in Business and Commerce of IT from University of Western Sydney in 2006. |

Ratmir Timashev Ratmir Timashev is a partner at ABRT Venture Fund, an international venture capital and private equity fund focused on startup and expansion stage investments as well as buyouts of high-growth software, internet and technology-enabled companies. Mr.Timashev also serves as President and CEO of Veeam Software and possesses a rare combination of business leadership, technical expertise and market vision. As a Board Director at StarWind Software, Mr. Timashev brings more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience building, advising and investing in highly successful technology companies. |

| In 1997, he founded Aelita Software, a leading provider of award-winning Windows Server systems management solutions. In 2004, Aelita was acquired by Quest Software, and after ensuring the successful continuation of Aelita's products and strategy at Quest, Ratmir and his longtime business partner, Andrei Baronov, created ABRT Venture Fund. ABRT partnered with OpenView Venture Partners of Boston and Mangrove Capital Partners of Luxemburg to create an investment program that was designed to identify and invest in top information technology companies in Eastern and Central Europe. |

Dr. Baronov is one of the world leading Windows systems management experts. Starting as CTO with Midwestern Commerce, he moved to the same position in Aelita Software. His expertise and insight made it possible to create a family of products whose architecture and technologies were a cut above those of the competitors. In 2004, after Aelita was acquired by Quest Software, Dr. Baronov took the position of R&D Director of Microsoft Business Unit at Quest. In February 2005, together with Ratmir Timashev, he co-founded Veeam Software. Currently Dr. Baronov holds the position of CTO in Veeam. Veeam software produces tools for VMware ESX Infrastructure. |
